Robbie Poole’s story is rooted in hard work, family values, and a lifelong love for North Carolina. Growing up in the close-knit town of Thomasville, Robbie learned early the importance of community, integrity, and service. After graduating from Ledford High School in Walburg, he pursued studies in Mechanical Drafting and Engineering at Davidson County Community College, building a strong foundation in problem-solving and innovation.

Robbie went on to enjoy a 30 plus years career in the corporate sector, including eight years with Coca-Cola Consolidated in Greensboro, where he gained hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and teamwork. His career later took him to Charlotte, where he became an active member of the Harrisburg community. Over the years, his journey also led him to Wilmington, Smithfield, and Calabash, giving him a unique perspective on the diverse needs of North Carolina’s towns and cities.

Three years ago, Robbie chose Fayetteville as his home—a place where he saw both tremendous potential and pressing challenges. Since then, he has committed himself to being an engaged neighbor and active community voice. He understands that strong leadership means listening, collaborating, and investing in the people who make Fayetteville great.

Family is Robbie’s greatest inspiration. His dedication to creating a brighter future for his loved ones fuels his passion to serve the families of District 8. Whether it’s advocating for safer streets, stronger economic opportunities, or a more vibrant downtown, Robbie is ready to roll up his sleeves and get to work for Fayetteville.

When he isn’t working or serving his community, Robbie enjoys golfing, exploring classic cars and new automotive innovations, relaxing at the beach, and immersing himself in music.
